Simulation continues with one group remaining

When there are groups competing, and then the only remaining two creatures are from the same group, the execution continues, instead of stopping and declaring the group as the winner.

I wouldn't really define that as a problem, it has been like that since the start and because they are from the same team they shouldn't kill each other or die when some time has passed it only slows down the running of many rounds and other then that doesn't change much.
I mean only if you try to run 10,000 rounds or you have a slow computer it actully effects you... (and even that not always by that much)

This isn't a small effect.

According to my measurements:
Time to run 4 survivors * 1000 rounds * 200000 turns: 4 minutes
Time to run 4 survivors * 1000 rounds * 1000 turns: 17 seconds

Assuming average round length is approximately 10000 turns per round, you will see a 7- or 8-fold increase in performance. Whether or not you have a good computer doesn't factor into it - less work is less work and the change is noticeable.
