Color tweaks

Hey, really loved this theme. I'm currently only using the light mode.

The Classic Win 3.1 blue seems to be green... I changed it to this in my local file:
--titlebar-background: #0000ff

It looks like they just used a different color in light mode. You can copy the blue color from the dark theme section into the light theme section in the theme.css file.

Thanks, I don't use the light at all. Updated to the dark mode colour.
