Add diagrams to modules #130
Description
We should add diagrams to modules to better visualize what they do.
https://app.diagrams.net (draw.io) seems to be the easiest with the added bonus of storing the source diagram information in exported PNGs, so you can just open a PNG with it, update the diagram and save it back.
