Store DAC register / DC-offset values in run doc #77
Description
It would be useful if the DC offset / DAC register values determined for each channel during the baselining step at the start of each run would be written to the runs database. Writing it to a permanent file instead of a temporary one is fine too, then we can insert it in the database later with some other application.
This would be particularly useful to detect and debug potential issues related to fluctuating PMT voltages.
