Display Device connection status

Once the user connects their device, an indicator should be shown to the user for the device status:
- `ok` - if the device is connected and ready to use - correct app is open
- `unopened` - if the device is connected but the `Kaspa` app is not open
- `locked` - if the device is locked

In `Demo` mode, the only status is `ok`.
