How can I automatic active the overlay when opening a webpage?

When I open my website I want the overlay be automatic activated without clicking any button. How can I arrange this?

You can just call toggleOverlay();
If you want you can also do it using a timer:

setTimeout(function(){
    toggleOverlay();
}, 1000);
