Switch to a software license

Please, could you switch to a software license, like MIT?

Some projects require a formal software license (like WordPress, jQuery) in order to have it included.

What exactly would you like to do? I don't see why our license is not a formal one in the sense that you couldn't use it with the aforementioned software.

The current license's "please don't re-publish it" clause even moves making a github "fork" into the gray zone.

Github forks are allowed. There we go, no more gray zone :)
