Source code #29

@Phoul I re-factored the source code @micahflee built. I did it last year but I forgot about it until last night and I thought it might be useful.

It's unfinished but I added TLS support to gnupg using gnupg-curl and set up a default configuration for gnupg to use it alongside using TLS-secured @ubuntu default repositories. I'll add a for-loop to the source code so it'll add @ubuntu or @Debian repositories depending upon the platform being used but I forget if @Debian repositories are TLS-secured or not.

I also began adding a basic user interface using dialog to permit users to interact during set up and choose a desired set up option. It's automated apart from users choosing a desired set up option and adjusts the subsequent configuration prior to an automatic restart.

I also researched a replacement for NTP but there's no practical or usable replacement. @usnistgov offers authenticated NTP but it requires registration to access it.
