New Rules and Prototype Jam Plan

Crew -

I have finished the first draft of the Rules for a Muni-ID civic trust federation. This will be the legal basis for the federation. Here is the link, https://github.com/collabx/SystemRules/blob/master/ModelRules/Model_Personal_Data_System_Rules.md

We need to work on the tech side of things. Apparently we don't get time during the weekend for actually coding, although Professor Robak told me that if we need to step out and code we can. What can we do to get as much of the tech stuff done as possible before the weekend?

Please review the rules and let's figure out how we can support Paul and the heretofore unnamed tech people.

FYI,

I now can use Google and Salesforce to login. I will setup the WP site for
that, it is down right now.
I also have a version of the code that dumps what is being transferred
between the two sites, but to make it presentable will take some cut and
pasting, which I think showing the claims that are passed back will do the
trick for the presentation.

I started to look at the IdP code, and searching for alternatives.

Evan, any guidance on what you want?

Glad to see this up-revision of the model rules tailored for municipal IdP
purposes. Couple technical items and a big question:

• Technical Thing: You have worked on the underlying core-model rules which
  are designed to be more generic and suitable for tailoring by states,
  cities or by non-profits, for-profits and other groupings. Instead, can
  you work on the version that I went ahead and tailored for you at:
  https://github.com/collabx/SystemRules/blob/master/Workshops/AcademicAffiliates/UMKC-CItyIdP-Concept/Model_System_Rules-CityIdP.md
  When you have made the revisions to that version, please make a pull
  request to the MIT Human Dynamics System Rules repo and I'll accept your
  revision into the project and code base. If you need a reminder on how to
  make a pull request just let me know and I'll provide it.

• Drafting Thing: It looks like you have not included the basic "Identity"
  service type in Section 1.3 but if you include it then the rules will fit
  together a lot better. Just add a new section along the lines I described
  when I tailored this for your project here:
  Try Using the "Model System Rules and Participation Agreements" for City IdP Concept #7 (you could do a search for "1.3"
  or scroll down the the comment when I describe how to add a sub-section to
  section 1.3). The reasoning in this comment on this issue will help
  understand why the rules hang together in a production-grade manner if you
  include each key production service where the services are listed in
  section 1.3

• Big question: Evidently there are conversations and maybe plans
  developing surrounding the PrototypeJam Collaboration on the Legal Aspects Paper #2. Why is there no time to code
  at a prototype event? I have been invited to contribute at this
  prototypejam event and happy to contribute to this project. Coding is not
  part of the plan? Can you describe the plan for this event?

I have spoken to Michael already today. I voiced the same concern. He made it clear that if we needed to we would be able to go off on our own and code as might need. I was surprised that the teams had no input into the schedule, but I am happy so long we have time to code. We will miss some of the presentations but that's ok.
