Only partially works in Plone 5

Collective.embedly icon is not displayed in TinyMCE of Plone 5, so there is no way to insert link or apply advanced settings.
Though if class="embedlylink" is added to the HTML source, product works for some of the external resources, like Youtube, Scribd, Slideshare, etc.
Other resources are not displayed properly even after /@@update_embedly_services.

FYI, It currently doesn't work at all in Plone 5 -- using it will prevent startup:

plone.app.controlpanel 3.0.3 removed its form module, and that version was first included in Plone 5.0b3. From what I've read, this usage of plone.app.controlpanel.form needs to be rewritten to use z3c.form.
