Test for weird routes

These are all valid scenarios that need to be handled cleanly, and there's no easy way to test for them right now. Ideally, there's some kind of "developer" demo mode account that has a few of each of these types of routes for easy testing.

• no date/time
• GPS missing
• qlog missing
• qcam missing
• tnumbnail missing
• segment too long (>60s)

These need to be handled for parts of the route (gaps) and the whole route.
