Fix iOS video playback issues by syncing audio to video

iOS video playback in comma connect has persistent issues. Currently, the app tries to sync video to audio, which may be causing playback problems.

Proposed solution: Remove the current approach of syncing video to audio, and instead sync audio to video. This alternative approach may resolve the playbook issues on iOS devices.
