Commit panel diff sometimes not working

When using Git Scope, the normal diff in Git-Commit-Tab is sometimes not working as expected:

This issue was a bit more tricky to solve, since there is a conflict in what the IDE expects in the commit tab (HEAD as base version) and the base version set by Git Scope. There are two conditions that need to be fulfilled for this issue to show up:

1. The file need to be already opened in another tab
2. A git scope other than "HEAD" is selected

A workaround is to temporarily select the "HEAD" scope, then the diff view should automatically update to show the correct diff. Or to close the other tab with the file to be diffed.
