parameter "sample" hard coded in QC report #778
Description
Currently the parameter "sample" is hard coded in the rmarkdown report in several places and the report will fail at the doublet detection step. The function reportCellQC has a parameter for "sample" in case it is stored in another variable in the colData (e.g. "Sample"). This parameter should be passed down through the function and used in the report dynamically rather than hard coded.
