Let's unblock this request and proceed with creating this project board now using the @conda/conda-maintainers team. Once conda/governance#222 is resolved we can change the project board permissions.

I've created the board (Anaconda) community maintenance and releases for `conda` "Anaconda" and added @conda/conda-maintainers and @conda/conda-maintainers-project-management as admins to it.

We must fix this to be an Anaconda specific team once we've created it. Shall we leave this issue here open until then?
