Workload Requirements for Composite Entities

One of TWI Requirement states:

A Workload may have multiple distinct credentials issued to it, e.g., for purposes of inbound, outbound and internal (component-to-component for composite Workloads) authentication.

Need to investigate whether this requirement is also applicable to
different components implementing different "sub-services" and to e.g. CPU-to-GPU alike?
