Defining indizes during runtime

A define-index that evaluates its arguments might be a good idea.

A client connecting a server would then, upon handshake, ask for the current index, and then use it for all following communication.

You wouldn't want/need a define-index for this, rather a with-index that takes an index struct directly, and encodings defined for symbol-index.

That said I'm not sure this would be particularly more efficient than just letting the reference-finder find all the symbols for you on demand, since you'd also need code to dynamically walk everything you write and find all the symbols, build an index... and at that point you've reimplemented a limited reference finder.
