Still overriding containers when set not to #150

I have Google Container set to not override other containers, but it still seems to override them.

If I open a new tab with a container then try to open a Google site, the extension will override the container and make it a Google tab. The same also happens if I try to use the "Open in New Container tab" or "Open in New Tab with Private Container" context menu options (the tab will open as the intended container but will be immediately overridden when using this method).

If the current container tab is actively on a website and I try to open a Google site, the Google site will instead open in a new Google tab.

Is this intended behaviour even when "Don't override other containers" is enabled?
