Feature: Adding meta informations to files after the upload process is finished at the upload place

I would like to have the possibility to add meta informations to newly uploaded files directly at the upload place.

There could be 2 possibilities to do it - with the function above for multiple adding or with a editing function under each uploaded file (not designed in my suggestion yet). In the last case the file tree should change too.

My suggestion is below.
