Downgrade VS Code to 1.92.2 for e2e test compatibility

The e2e tests are failing with NoSuchElementError for .native-edit-context
selector. After testing 1.94.2 and 1.93.1, both still have the issue.

Trying VS Code 1.92.2 which predates the native-edit-context changes.
