Solution not supported in Visual Studio 2013/2015

I can't open up the solution in Visual Studio 2015 because it says it will make irreversible changes to AutoTest.VS.RiskClassifier

One-way upgrade
Visual Studio will automatically make functional changes to the following projects in order to open them. You will not be >able to open these projects in the version of Visual Studio in which they were originally created.
- AutoTest.VS.RiskClassifier, "E:\Git\ContinuousTests\src\AutoTest.VS.RiskClassifier\RiskClassifier\AutoTest.VS.>RiskClassifier.csproj"

Non-functional changes required
Visual Studio will automatically make non-functional changes to the following projects in order to enable them to open in Visual Studio 2015, Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2012, and Visual Studio 2010 SP1. Project behavior will not be >impacted.

No changes required

Sure, isn't this a fairly common warning from VS? Any problems compiling
after upgrading?

for (normally in vim now)
