Tutorial "Policies with Networking" is not working. No demo-swarm target in Makefile

In procedure 1, There are no “demo-swarm” content in current Makefile.

URL path is wrong in Tutorial 1.

Wrong path:

git clone https://github.com/contiv/netplugin

Correct path:

git clone https://github.com/contiv/install
