[Bug]: Unable to Create any record on filament V3 with flatpickr v4

What happened?

when ever i try to use
->mode(FlatpickrMode::MULTIPLE), or ->mode(FlatpickrMode::RANGE), i am getting this error when creating record

How to reproduce the bug

just add ->mode(FlatpickrMode::MULTIPLE), or ->mode(FlatpickrMode::RANGE), while using filament V3
