copasi/barChart/CQ3DBarsModifier.cpp was not declared in this scope

Hello.

Thanks for enabling Issue tracker on Github.

I'm updating COPASI-4.46 build 300 for the Fedora repositories but i get many errors like following from copasi/barChart/CQ3DBarsModifier.cpp file:

copasi/barChart/CQ3DBarsModifier.cpp:322:11: error: ‘m_graph’ was not declared in this scope; did you mean ‘isgraph’?

The build log is here, it is generated by Fedora 44 (devel branch) with GCC-16

can you try changing the CMake Flag WITH_DATAVISUALIZATION_NAMESPACES If it is on, turn it off, if it is off turn it on.

COPASI build successfully finishes with the option -DWITH_DATAVISUALIZATION_NAMESPACES:BOOL=ON

Update:

By compiling with Qt5, the error does not occur with -DWITH_DATAVISUALIZATION_NAMESPACES:BOOL=ON

By compiling with Qt6, it does not occur with -DWITH_DATAVISUALIZATION_NAMESPACES:BOOL=OFF
