The 'Cost' generated packs goes off the number of mana symbols in the card, not explicitly the CMC.
This is creating a situation where cards that cost G are counted as Cost 1, but those with cost of G and 5 generic mana are counted as having a cost of 2 which I am guessing is based on the number of mana symbols, which makes the generic symbols add only 1. Example:
In this fix, cards like "Beseech the Queen" and "Reaper King" with 2 generic or a specific color should be considered also. Reaper King does report as 5 cost currently.
