First run does not create the configuration file

It's written here - https://hub.docker.com/r/coppit/xeoma that:

When run for the first time, a file named xeoma.conf will be created in the config dir, and the container will exit. 
```

But in fact ./Configs/ directory remains empty. After I restarted the container, all settings I did just goes away.
