Update external links and references to current domains and repositories

Updated all external links in configuration and content to reflect current
domains, repositories, and community resources for the rePebble project.

Changes:
- Update _config.yml external links to use repebble.com, coredevices org, and Discord
- Update .gitignore with additional entries
- Update guide and blog post URLs to current resources
- Update inspiration page links
