Description:
When I try to access the Process Stats through the Developer Options portion of the Settings app, the app crashes

Steps To Reproduce:
Settings > Developer Options > Tap "Process Stats"

Expected result: Statistics about running processes

I suspect this is yet another victim of the ListView adapter bug, which is causing bugs of the same nature elsewhere in the settings app, as well as in the AptOS OTA app.
