Gibbing logic will change in prerelease-4 and everything will potentially gib sooner, which is really only notable at low (<10) wound limits.
GibWoundLimit = 0 has always meant that there is no limit, so zero values shouldn't be touched by the converter.
So something that
- previously took 21 hits with a
GibWoundLimit of 20 now takes
- 21 hits with a
GibWoundLimit of 21
