Add visual indicator (amber flash) to Burn button when unsaved changes need to be written to the device

Description:

When I make changes that need to be written to the device, it would be helpful if the Burn button icon visually indicated that action is required.

Currently, the Read button flashes amber/yellow when a read is needed. I suggest applying a similar behavior to the Burn button whenever there are unsaved or pending changes to stage.

This visual cue would make it easier to notice when the device needs to be updated, reducing the chance of missing unsaved changes.
