Colored validators participating in consensus #7
Description
Would it be an idea to show the active voters that participate in consensus by coloring the digit (bit array) red or green in front of the validator in the validators window ?
(BA{24:xxxxx_xxx___x__xxxx_x_xx} 1817/3625 = 0.50 ) Especially in testnets with no webexplorer it is hard to see which validator is not participating.
