Extract pagefind support into a separate cot app and crate #80

Pagefind sounds like a crate likely to be used by others. It sounds like a good idea to extract the support we have for it into a separate reusable Cot app and crate.
This definitely doesn't belong into the main repository itself, but having it as a "semi-supported" extras sounds like a good idea.
