setup install - Cannot open include file: 'unistd.h'

Fumbling my way to trying this project. I ran setup build (no errors), then setup install. It failed with:

`pysam\libchtslib.c(621): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'unistd.h': No such file or directory`

Any hints?
