switch (back) to hyperfine for benchmarks

I think it is time to revert back to hyperfine (undo #92). I'm tired of waiting 2 hours before merging anything that might affect the benchmark performance.

• pure python (v1.x) 🆚 python via rust (v2.x)
• parent commit 🆚 HEAD commit
