Add realtime progress to job polling results.

Full tests runs typically take at least several minutes. CLI users see test output as they run, but clients running via the REST API don't have an equivalent way of seeing status or estimating the total runtime. CQL Studio's current behavior is to poll every couple seconds until the job is done.
