README Example for database tools to enable exports/backups needs to be updated #89

Under the heading "Database tools" the packages one needs to install to make backups over the ControlPanel possible is missing the package mariadb-connector-c.
This has been discussed and already merged into the -dev branch of the containters. But right now following the README example leads to errors.
Issue were this issue was already solved

Not sure if a bug report is the right place for this. Is this enough or should i make a pr on my own?
