Fix word doc edit creation

Currently, edits + comments show up but there are a few problems:

1. The selected text for the comment is not marked to be removed as a change to accept
2. The colors are not controlled / should be
3. The formatting may differ between processed .txt file of the doc and the doc itself (i.e. what is used to match the match string) - more flexible processing may be required
4. There is a 'recovery' error which needs to be clicked through to access the document

All of these should be addressed so that:

1. Match strings can be marked for removal
2. Color control of comments/revisions exists
3. There is flexible text matching which finds the correct strings 100% of the time
4. There is no error when opening the output doc
