Deliverables
- Full list of existing handles across: Twitter/X, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster, Lens, Warpcast, Hey.
- For each: follower/member count, last-activity date, who owns credentials.
- Credentials consolidated in 1Password (Abhishek action).
- Decision per channel: reactivate vs start fresh vs drop.

cr8-channel-inventory.md in the internal folder (not this public repo — see why below).

The inventory doc itself is internal. The decision (which channels we commit to for Phase 1 launch) is public-facing. Close this issue by publishing the channel decision as part of the relaunch README and opening follow-up issues for reactivation work.
