Layout theme is missing when user adds information in profile

When user adds information like full name or mail address in the profile the users theme is missing resulting in an ugly layout. Is it possible to fix this?

Two possible workarounds to restore the layout are

• removing the user and adding him again
• remove the customizer plugin, set the theme and install plugin again

Reproducible on:

• linux server with NGINX with kanboard 1.2.33 and PHP 8.2.12
• windows server with IIS with kanboard 1.2.32 and PHP 8.2.3
  Both with plugin version 1.14.2
