GeomFromText does not exist

Looks like MySQL 8 is not supported as there is no ST_ prefix in GeomFromText in default configuration, but according the doc it should work: https://github.com/creof/doctrine2-spatial/blob/master/doc/mysql.md

It is caused by https://github.com/creof/doctrine2-spatial/blob/master/lib/CrEOF/Spatial/DBAL/Platform/MySql.php#L72

How to enforce doctrine2-spatial to use ST_GeomFromText?

not for production use though: I might delete it when the PR gets merged.
