Add option to disable escaping characters.

When I download my translations I get it with escaping characters witch should not happening for my project.
Example: `\"` and `\'`

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add setting to disable adding escaping characters to the translations in `.yml` configuration file.
`escape_special_characters: false`
