Allow multiple dependencies for encoding profiles

It would be great to have the option to have an encoding profile depend on multiple other profiles instead of just one.

This is necessary for scenarios where multiple outputs are used to generate a new video, for example to encode a PiP video of a camera signal and slides capture.
