Update dependencies

A recent security audit on our systems found the tracker ships jQuery 2.1.4, which is vulnerable to atleast CVE-2020-11023.

While i think this specific CVE does not affect us, we should update to a more recent version anyway, ensuring we don't ship anything that has known CVEs.
