Don't show test engine for instances

Table rows for test instances have an "Engine" field, but that actually belongs to the suite's test definition. Displaying it here is misleading: in general, the test definition and the test instances are independent, and we do not know what engine the instances are using (they could even be using different ones, if there's more than one instance).
