Hi there thanks for your work many years ago now. Had to try as the gnu ccd2cue was proving too difficult to compile on OSX.
When the track start time is 1 second, the decrement to the minute does not happen.
Instead the minute counter remains the same, and the second counter is written to the cue as -1
this bug is only apparent if you have a CD rom with lots of CD audio that would surface the issue, but examples such as as Tomb Raider or Rayman can demonstrate the issue.
