Bug - Persistent Scoreboards

Issue:
After some time being installed, the scoreboard generated by the plugin will randomly re-appear for some players.

Replication:
Unknown. Not sure why this is occurring. I don't have persistency involved in the scoreboard creation, and to my best knowledge neither does the scoreboard API. More testing will have to be done.

The issue is in a persistent scoreboard file created by spigot or minecraft. /world/scoreboard.dat, and it persists in any world were a player was in.

Fix: In the next version make an uninstallation bundle that searches for the scoreboard and deletes its persistency state, preventing this from occuring.
