First, takes "results.report.txt", selects the best motif (biggest AUC) with a p-value (associated with the Pearson correlation between optimized and seed motif) smaller than 0.001. Second, creates meme formated PFM (opt/seed) images. Afterwards, runs Centrimo and graphs its output. Finally, creates an HTML page with the data.
