Make --create-account more useful

the --create account item does not add fields such as posting account, mapping file, and others to the config file. Therefore, after using --create-account, the user still needs to go into the config file to make the config useful. Ideally, I'd like to combine user input and sensible defaults to enable full functionality of a newly added online account immediately after using --create-account
