Background
The Office of Family & Children's Ombuds was recently granted access to Sprout to investigate complaints their office receives. Currently, when a complaint is received, the ombud must ask the DCYF case worker to find and download the documents they need.
Case workers are already overloaded, so anything we can do to speed this along will be a tiny boon to case workers.
Description
Six individuals at OFCO need "social worker" type access: read-only for all cases statewide.
- Set up a new organization called "Office of the Family and Children's Ombuds"
- Add Elizabeth Bokan (elizabeth.bokan@ofco.wa.gov) as the org admin
- Add contract relationships similar to DCYF org to ensure the ombuds can see cases statewide
