Background
DCYF is asking for a couple of changes to the Sprout invoice. There are two problems currently:
- Providers have to add their health screening fee into the grand total on the A-19, as the Sprout invoice includes it separate from the total at DCYF's prior request (years ago)
- When all the category totals are added in a program like Excel, they don't always add up to exactly the same as the grand total. The difference hasn't been greater than a penny, but it causes friction in the review process.

We have permission to add a column to the invoice spreadsheets so that the totals on the spreadsheet match the A-19 without having to add the health screening fee by hand.
A “new” total or a “grand” total column is fine.
